When will I be charged?

The payment will be charged as soon as the order is placed. In case of cancellation or return, the money will be back on your account within 2-5 working days after the refund was made in our system.

The product I want is out of stock, what can I do?

We work with Chapters, and every time we launch a new Chapter we have a certain amount of stock that becomes available, and is not being replenished. Our Essentials collection, which is our standard collection, does get replenished in stock.
